Pyo Chang-won is a South Korean criminologist and former politician educated at the Korea National Police University and the University of Exeter, whose academic work concerns criminal psychology and forensic analysis. He served in South Korea's National Assembly from 2016 to 2020 before founding the Pyo Chang-won Institute of Crime Science and turning to broadcasting, hosting television programs analyzing crime and current events.
