Controlled Substance and Drug Offenses

The ICCS class covering offenses involving the production, distribution or trafficking of controlled psychoactive substances. Belongs here: any offense whose defining conduct is moving, producing or dealing in drugs the law controls or prohibits. Does not belong here: an offense whose object is a different kind of contraband, grouped under Offenses Against Public Order and the Administration of Justice, or an ordinary property offense, grouped under Property Offenses Without Violence. This subcategory currently holds one live entity, Drug Trafficking; a future mint wave is expected to grow it with narrower offenses such as drug manufacturing and simple possession.
